We utilize Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, EPS, and Macromedia Freehand, so we can import most types of files. Most clients e-mail their art in .ai or .eps format and Illustrator Version 7 seems to experience the fewest problems. For production purposes, art must be a vector format and not a jpeg, tiff, gif or other bitmap (although bitmaps are fine for quoting prices).

Prototypes are often requested prior to the order being firm with the ultimate display user. Costs vary depending on size and color, but most prototypes under 60 square inches and using a stock color would be under $250 and take 4-5 work days.

Normal production time on actual jobs is 2-3 weeks, unless the quantity is quite large. Add 1-2 weeks if screening is required.
